Our Kinetic Potential Mentoring System leverages innovative technology and advancements in education but is built on the fundamental principles of traditional mentoring techniques—connecting scholars with mentors in a one on one relationship. We advocate that our scholars seek out not only one mentor but a personal board of advisors, several mentors who have the experience in areas that are relevant for their career aspirations.
